This will sound funny, but in this spot I never isolate UTG, I generally would over limp.
Villain doesnt have J5 or AA, KK, or JJ. You say he's loose, but K5 limp/calling is unlikely. just one combination of 55, so it's a matter of did he check three streets with a flop boat?
I normally shove here, although maybe calling is better. River c/r are so weird
