Default AA Laydown in a small pot

Party Poker 1/2 Hold'em (10 handed) converter

Preflop: Hero is UTG with A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].
Hero calls, 7 folds, SB completes, BB checks.

Flop: (3 SB) J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (3 players)
SB checks, BB checks, Hero bets, SB calls, BB calls.

Turn: (3 BB) Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (3 players)
SB Bets, BB Raises, Hero Folds.

My thought at this point is that there's probably a at least a straight or trips in one of these guys hands, and with only 6BB in the pot its not worth paying 4bb to find out. Was this a good laydown?
