There's nothing you can do differently in Hand 1 that would make a difference; AA isn't going anywhere on this board.
Hand 2 is dreadful. You have the field perfectly positioned for a c/r on the flop and turn, and yet you just call every time (even though anyone with a high diamond is likely calling no matter how many bets you put in). Only when the board pairs & it becomes more likely (though still not very likely) that you're behind do you come to life. The only street I agree with here is preflop.
