At what point in the SNG do you open up your game?
I'm curious as to when everyone does it. I usually switch gears on Stars at level 4, when the blinds become 50/100. At this point, the average stack will be less than 30BB, giving improper odds for people to call a standard 3BB raise for set value, and winning the blinds actually 'means' something (maybe 7.5% additional to your stack).
What are some of your guidelines as to when to switch gears and start opening with a broader range of hands?
