#1 Try playing online ring without playing a MTT.
#2 Could it be latent tilt from the tourney?
#3 If you are going to play limit after a tourney, play in the .5/1 or lower and just blow off steam. The money won't matter to you and you will feel a lot more relaxed about the game in general.
