I've played a fair amount of this level at both sites (though not much on Party's .25-.50 in the past couple months) and I'd say Party is definitely softer. UB has a lot of fish who bet min with mediocre hands/draws and bet pot with strong hands (because there's simple buttons that they can use without bothering with the slider bar or typing in an amount) that are extremely easy to play against but Party has more of the pushing/calling with middle pair type idiots.

One benefit of UB is a smaller player base (even at this level) so, when you've got a good read on a guy, you might actually run into him again and use that experience.
