Definitely read Theory of Poker. Really think about it. SSH and every other poker book you'll ever read will be so much more valuable if you've read TOP. (I think you could argue the best way to read poker books is to alternate between reading a new book and TOP).

Then read HPFAP and Middle Limit Hold'em by Ciaffone and Brier. Compare, contrast. Think about how they play different situations differently and why.
