I bet here every time. I'm putting pressure on him if he's holding a seven or a low pp. That Q is a scary card for a lot of villain's hands, and I don't really feel like letting him have such an easy time playing this hand.
Taking free cards in heads-up pots is generally a mediocre strategy. Giving up all your fold equity and turning your hand face up isn't good poker.
