NBA half points can be worth anywhere from 5-12c in either direction, but as a general guideline, if you can get within 5-10c per half point between two spreads, or just see that buying or selling on pinnacle creates a scalp on a single number, then it's probably a profitable middle in the long run. less than 5c per half point is excellent.
