Let me ask you another question. Would you ever consider s n' go on the turn instead of the flop 3 bet, or is the 3bet mandatory?

I like the flop 3-bet. Most of the time it make a bet/fold easy on the turn and is better than just calling down. I think stop and goes should be used pretty rarely.
