I disagree with the advice above.
The best line is check-call all the way down, value bet the river if checked to, folding to a check raise. This is a way-ahead way-behind situation.
This board is about as scary as a cheese sandwich, the only reason to raise the flop is to avoid an AK/AQ sucking out. But if this is the case with only 3 aces left its only about 6%, ie disregard it. By raising you'll possibly lose double on every street against AA and JJ if you're behind, and you'll probably win LESS off QQ; on this drawless board he's not liking QQ if you raise, and a good player would fold it...or certainly not give you as much action on later streets.
And remember that if he has AK/AQ, he's got almost as much chance as much chance of hitting his kicker to then lose a load, as he has to hit his A.
