How do you say thanks?
I woke up to a knock on my door at 6:30am on a Sunday. After scrambling to hide my morning wood, I answer the door. The dude has my wallet that he found of the street. I guess he matched the ID with the name on the buzzer (he lives in my building). All the money is still there over 1500 bucks. I was half in a daze and stunned as I didn't even know my wallet was missing. I thanked him, but didn't process the levity of the favor right away. I thought peeling off a hundred would look ungrateful and dumb. Plus, he wouldn't have accepted. How do I thank him?
All I know about him is that he a huge shaggy dog, wakes up with the roosters, lives in a penhouse and is almost certainly gay.
