I admit I have gotten one, along with three other guys on my football team when the season was over. Believe me, playing football you can some nasty callus's (sp?) on your feet. They basically massage your feet and legs for around 30mins to an hour and trim your nails. They also take a razor blade to your callus and cut them off, then sand down your feet. You come out with pretty smooth feet for a while.
