If he has you beat with an A-high flush, you lose your stack when you get there. If he has you beat with a lower flush, he won't pay off that much when you get there (as it just takes your K [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]) to beat him. If you don't improve, you don't win the pot. Yea, fold this turn.
I probably just call the flop bet too. With this coordinated of a board, you really never know where you stand, and I don't want to build up a big pot if I don't know where I stand.
