First, get rid of those stupid touristy Jersey shore shops. Get rid of all those slum buildings one block off the boardwalk. Put up a monorail system to have free access to all the casinos. Don't cater to kids, you have the rest of the Jersey shore for that. Make it an adult city, like Vegas. If the morons that ran the city ever got their heads out of their asses, they would realize that there is enough money for everyone if they work together.
