bet it. I'd say button's range is broadways (especially suited ones) or possibly like 55-99. There's a lot more broadways than mid pocket pairs in terms of combinations. A lot of tags love to float in with like JQs or whatever.

UTG's range is pretty wide. You could easily be ahead and don't want to give a free card or miss value. Furthermore, passive utg won't checkraise you very often and if button raises you'll have a pretty good idea where you're at. (if he raises his most likely hand is mid pocket pairs)
