Default Crazy Angle Shooter and Floor Ruling

Playing at the Hustler casino yesterday, 2/5NL game...I'm in seat 5, seat 4 is the quintisential angle shooter, young kid, has about 200 in yellow ($5) and 1 blue 1K chip. I mean this guy would do everything, he would look at this cards really quickly, then say he's raising blind, someone would call him down and he shows AA. He would flop a set, someone would move all in, he would pretend he was going to muck his cards so player in between would call, then he'd go over the top of them.

Then this hand came up...he makes it $40 to go preflop, seat 6 gets some raising chips, angle shooter says "Why don't you just put it all in", guy says ok, pushes all his $50 stacks in, about $400 total, angle boy says, ok lets go, he pushes his yellows in only (approx $350) but puts his 1K chip in his pocket.

Dealer runs the board, AQ loses to seat 6's AA.

Then he refuses to pay seat 6 the additional $50 he has, he said that he never called "all-in" and that his yellows were only in play.

A big brewhaha forms and luckily we get the stupidest floorperson who cannot make a decision. He argues with the kid for a good 20 minutes before I chime in and say I want to play. The kid refuses to break his 1K chip and they tell him he can't get back into this game but they don't kick him out.

So...they shouuld've kicked this douchebag out right? At least for the rest of the day...
