Default AKs - Worst Flop, Worst Postition

UTG+1 is a 57/0 and CO is a 21/7 who probably thinks I'm a little laggy due to my play at other tables where we've duked out a few hands.

Nevertheless, if CO's 3-bet would have gotten UTG+1 to fold I would have just called as opposed to cap (good/bad idea?). Anyway, UTG+1 calls so let's roll...
