The turn is easy. There's no way I'm not getting all my money in after that and I want all his money in too. The only question is what does the best job of getting it in there and I think pushing the turn is fine.
Working backwards, the flop is harder. Considering he minraised preflop and bet pot on the flop, I think reraising allin on the flop would get a fold often enough to be worth it.
I think if he had bet 80 or less I would more likely just call, because the pot wouldn't be as worth getting and calling wouldn't cost so much.
Anyone, please tell me if you think I'm crazy.
There is a bad side to being a "respected" poster. It is way +$EV to have people rip you a new one around here. This is true even if some a-hole just says he can't believe how bad some poker players are.
