ppl need to do some research before expressing utterly unfounded opinions.

People need to read posts more carefully before running their mouths about how I am spouting off unfounded opinions.

Re-read my post. I didn't say this was why I thought Colma did it, I said it was why I thought the TYPICAL state/town did it. At no point in time did I say it was why Colma did it, nor did I insinuate that it was fact.

Do you think the state of Washington had a 10, then 25, then 100$ cap (now 200, and constantly lobbying for 500 as it is at tribal casino's in the state) to limit competition? There are over 100 so-called "mini" casino's in Washington. That's limiting competition?

this thread is about lucky chances in colma, california. leaky eye asked why this law was passed that has now affected lucky chances and patrons who wish to gamble there. you gave him irrelevant speculation concerning casinos not named lucky chances, in towns not named colma, in states not named california; i gave him links to the correct answer.

Actually, the post he responded to was this one [ QUOTE ]
I do not understand why towns want this kind of law. What is the driving force behind the politicians who pass it?

And in a town like Colma can't Lucky Chances just corrupt it or cheat? What is their malfunction?

I love when people are assholes for no reason.
