I had the same problems myself but got it fixed in the end.

The system doesn't register you correctly when you sign up (even if you do as they say and register and wait for confirmation email before you transfer points). What can happen is that two store accounts gets created. When you transfer points from cashier to the store it is transfered to one of those accounts. When you click the go to store link you are transfered to the empty store account.

A quick fix to access the store properly is to click the link "new member register here", or whatever its name is, and press submit to your personal info everytime you want to go to the store.

I sent a lot of angry emails back and forth before I had the
problem fixed. Many of the support persons don't know how to fix the problem. However a manager fixed it in the end for me (by deleteing the empty acount) so that the normal go to store and transfer buttons work.
