My thought is (and this is completely random and unsubstantiated) that if the "State" (Washington or otherwise) goes after "Joe Leisure" playing online poker, it would be in the collective interests of the online gaming companies to hire all the best lawyers for Joe Leisure and use it as a stepping stone to try and legalize this.
