After 24h they replied to my e-mail saying that the reason why the payment is delayed is because of technical issues. They also pointed out that I missed my second target by a couple of regular points and thus I shall receive only half of what I thought. I've cashed out everything from Party Poker and will be playing elsewhere until they get their act together.
