i have never lost more than $300 in a session. After i loose $300 it's usually time to quit; it's just enough to piss me off and probably screw up my game in the process, so, $300, and i'm done for the day.
I've won about 100BB playing 3/6 before, and more than 250BB in one long bonuswhoring, four-tabling 1/2 H/L session- i have gone down almost 100BB there more than once... i haven't had any wild swings at 5/10 yet.
