Who is being to uptight- the guy who fired him, or the jewish guy who (presumably) complained? The guy who fired him was likely correct- i certainly wouldn't want my employees making statements that are likely to drive customers away. As for the Jewish guy, he has a legitimate complaint about his service, and is free to report it.
