Very few atoms exist as ionic gases in the fre environment, and none of them are necessary for living, all the molecules tend to breath in are non-ionic, and I don't even know if any ions are stable in gaseous form at room temperature. The name just shouts SCAM PRODUCT to me.

This is a good point. My experience is that any product I have ever bought from the Sharper Image has been an overpriced piece of crap.
