I think that Tigerite nailed it. The J7 hand, I would never push. Not pushing the Q6 hand from the SB was inexcusable. The TJs hand, I think that you could have at least called and seen a flop. But the first two hands that I mentioned were big mistakes, IMO. Why would you push J7 as first to act, but fold Q6 from the SB?
