Apparently, there is some kind of conflict between the SQL Lite settings used by Pokerroom and the Prima Sites. (Both store HH's in a SQL Lite database, rather than as flat files).

If you have the latest version of PT including the latest PT Help Files then there is an idiot-proof guide to fixing this provided from the "Auto-Import Pokerroom HH's Window".
