In UK what you guys call finger cuffs is called a 'spit roast'.

to expand - imagine a suckling pig cooking on a spit roast.

The term's been somewhat corrupted (I think) in the UK to 'roasting' which now tends to mean a gang of sportsmen (usually footballers) having a go at a single teen skank.
