Thanks Bluff. Point I.B and II.A. are the ones I think are for sure going on at many levels. And I would think if the individuals aren't too greedy or reckless they could go without being detected rather easily. And almost certainly beat any game, though possibly not every player as a nut peddler wouldn't be very prone to getting hurt.
