ATs or KQ maybe.
With a big pair he would've raised pre-flop. With a medium pair he would've folded on the flop or the turn, unless he had 99 in which case he would've raised on the turn.
With AK or AQ he would probably have raised pre-flop, and with AJ he would've been doing lots of raising on the flop and/or turn.
With KJs he would also have been doing some raising, and the same goes for QTs. Finally, with QJ or JTs, surely he would've dropped at some point.
