Ok, this is the
sticky. At the bottom of that page is a link to generally accepted "ideal" stats ranges.
Posting "blind" means those guys haven't even looked at your stats. That's because they've seen about a zillion 10k stats checkups and people usually aren't stealing/defending their blinds often enough (and a few other common things).
