I made the nut flush on the river today and my internet got disconnected and party claims I had no disconnect protects left (which is bs unless they somehow blew them on another hand while I got disconnected...) and awarded the pot to the other player. The guy on the phone told me to email

"I was playing on party poker this afternoon when my internet connection got disconnected. I was in hand#2925235132 with the absolute best possible hand when my internet connection went out. Disconnect protect should have kicked in and made me all-in, but instead my hand was folded. I just got off the phone with Sachin, who claims I had no disconnect protects when the hand began. I believe that is what the system thought is the case, but there is no way this is true. I always make sure to have them when I'm playing as I want to avoid this exact situation.
I play between 30,000 and 50,000 hands per month on party poker and usually pay more than $10,000 in rakes. I would hate to have our relationship sour and need to take my business elsewhere.
There is no way LuckBoxLLC01 deserved to win this pot and my account should be rewarded $763.
