I would probably just call the river against two opponents, because you aren't closing the action, and the guy who checked the river just called the turn after a bet and a raise. I don't hate a river raise in some situations (against a very passive opponent for example) but against unknowns in a 3 way pot I would just call.

Definitely I am just calling the river minraise.
