The villain had the nuts on the turn, and minraising allowed him to push. Of course it was right to call the push. Given the actual cards, the hero's call of the push was correct, as he gets back an average of 85.3 BB minus a share of the rake for the extra 81 BB invested, and the hero did not know the villain's cards. The villain could safely push with just the T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], without a flush draw.

I'm not sure what the right play was for the hero.
Preflop, I don't think it is necessary to fold KTo on the button after two limpers. In fact, it would be reasonable to raise, but limping is ok. It is common to miss the flop, but pick up the pot anyway when no one wants it. I'm ahead with KTo on the button, though not conclusively.
On the flop, you can't be sure there are flush draws out, and it is hard to price the draws out. A small bet may be fine, with the hope that someone would check-raise.
Calling on the turn would have prevented this disaster, of course, but it may be good to push out flush draws or boat draws. On the other hand, if the villain has only a draw, he has overcharged himself by betting 10 BB already. I'm inclined to call, and play defense if a flush card comes or the board pairs. If the villain has 2-pair, he may fold to a raise on the turn, but call a small river bet.
