I was at Aladdin poker room in Sept. The tournament structure sucked. It was one of the fasted I have ever seen. I didn't play cash games, so I can't comment on that. They had a couple 1-2 NL tables going early in the week, and maybe one 3-6 or 4-8 holdem.
I always recommend The Orleans for the best low limit tourneys. They usually get 100+ players and the structure is not super fast.
