Default The importance of routine...

At about 20,000 hands is when college started and I could finally have a regular poker schedule. The first 20,000 hands in the graph were played during the summer - I couldn't have the regularity, and I'd end up playing at random hours at other peoples' houses because I didn't have an internet-connected home to sit down and play at. I remember how hard it was to get into the flow of things.

Anyways, I just wanted to attest to the importance of routine. Every day since the 20,000 hands mark, I've sat down in my room, closed the door, turned on music, made sure my mind was clear and focused, and then proceeded to zone in on poker.
