If he will only raise and cap with quality cards the only hands that I can imagine you are beating are TT and possible 99. There is also a remote chance of splitting with the other AA.
Looks like there is a very good chance you are behind but I would want to see where I stand so I would probably bet the flop then call the raise and check-fold the turn when he bet.
