I'd recommend reading
this guide about partitioning. I read it and decided to partition mine to speed things up a bit. I'll have Windows and my programs on the outer partition of the Raptor, PT on the next one (all to itself), and my backup OS on the third. I'll have a few other things on the inner partitions, with a second drive for file storage.
