The issue I take with the Nano is that you really need to have a need for it's specific qualities for it to make sense to get it rather than something with much larger storage for like 50 bucks more.

The nano is really cute, but it's not like your regular ipod is so large that it's an issue for most people, and 4 gigs of storage ends up being pretty limiting.
