If your opponent plays every single hand, maybe you shouldn't try to steal on 3rd. You're not much of a favorite over 2 random cards, because 2 random cards may include a pair for him. You're at best a 64-36 favorite, if all his cards are below T, not 3 cards of a straight, and he isn't double suited. If you know you have 0 folding equity (since he never folds before 5th), then I don't like the completion. Just call if you want to play the hand. Just wait till 5th to evaluate whether you think you have an advantage.

I think 5th is a fold.
