You could be folding best hand, but I am not going all-in w/ 99 when I am in great shape (6-7 people left), don't even have money in pot. Be patient... I might have even called his bet (given your read) and folded or possibly pushed flop (since it is a fav board for you)... but I most likely would fold pf.
