Flop and turn are just fine.

On the river, I'd either bet more (slightly more than 1/2 pot) or check and evaluate his river action.

I was villain with AK here I'd have very little trouble reading your hand and would put in a raise. If I had gotten to the river with some hand that I didn't think had either AQ or AJ beat, I might just move in on you expecting you to fold (although with his stack size that would be a pretty crazy bluff).

That's why if you are going to bet that river, you need to bet more. A larger bet will freeze up AK and prevent someone from making a play at you (because who's to say you don't have AT?).
