Doing some counting, probably screwed up too, but on who I've checked so far, Ivey is on the most lists (24).
2+2 has now set the one true odds on a Hellmuth/Phillips crossbook:
Hellmuth: 15
Phillips: 14
Negreanu's WSOP slump scared off investors - only on 14 lists by my count.
Greenstein: 21
Ferguson on what I consider a suprisingly low 18 lists.
