Default Re: Super System 1/2 or both

I think it depends how much you enjoy reading poker books and whether you wish to part with $30.

I have just finished reading SS1 and enjoyed it, because I know that the book is a classic and was one of the pioneering poker strategy books when it was written almost 30 years ago.

I am currently reading SS2 and yes I have noticed that there is some duplication, notably in Brunson's life history.

Otherwise, there is advice on how to play Draw Poker, 7 Card Stud, different Lowball variations, and High-Low Split. (Also sections on limit and NL hold'em).

I dont know (with the exception of 7 card stud) how widely spread those games are today, but nonetheless I found it interesting to read about them.

If you are mainly interested in good Hold'Em strategy books, then I would invest your $30 elsewhere. However, if you enjoy reading poker books, I dont think that you would be dissapointed if you added this book to your collection.
