a. I am not going to tell you how bad the preflop play was because im sure you already know that was over the top, right? Unless you had a read on him.
b. Yes you should check/fold this flop. With one over card go ahead and bet but KQ is way too much.

#2. This happens quite often. Do you have a read on him.
He could either be pushing to get you off your hand with 1010-JJ, AQ-AK. Pushing because he thinks he is a 50 50 at worst, AK. Or even pushing with AA-KK. I dont think you can get away from this hand without a read that says to fold.

#3. Fold, there is nothing you are ahead of here. Unless you have a read.

#5. There are many ways to play this, all of which have their risks(button folding) and rewards(chips gained in each specific situation). Its pretty hard to play this one wrong, nh.
