Not much regarding Hold'em. Most is 7-Card-Stud.
Hold'em can be found in Hohensyburg (near Dortmund) and Aachen.

Hard to find low-limit games.

If you're looking for Low-Limit-Hold'em you better go to Austria (Linz, Vienna)
