Default AQ v. Trifecta

Weird hand here.

Party Poker 10/20 Hold'em (6 max, 6 handed) converter

Preflop: Hero is CO with Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img].
<font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, MP calls, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises</font>, <font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, BB calls, MP calls.

Flop: (6.50 SB) 8[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 3[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(3 players)</font>
BB checks, MP checks, <font color="#CC3333">Hero bets</font>, BB calls, <font color="#CC3333">MP raises</font>, Hero calls, <font color="#CC3333">BB 3-bets</font>, MP calls, Hero calls.

Turn: (7.75 BB) 8[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(3 players)</font>
BB checks, MP checks, <font color="#CC3333">Hero bets</font>, <font color="#CC3333">BB raises</font>, <font color="#CC3333">MP 3-bets</font>, Hero folds.

Final pot: Huge.

MP here is a big 50/15 fish, and the reason I'm at the table. BB here is a laggy 35/25 or so. I've played about 100 hands with MP and a few less with BB. Clearly this is a fold, but is there a fold sooner? Is there a better way to play this?

Thanks.
