It's not explained very well, but I'm interpreting it as this:
A room is offering a tournament with a buy-in of, say, $100. For this $100, you get T1000 in chips. Say the tourney gets 100 entrants. After a while, it's heads up, and each player has T50k in chips. So if there's an all-in, that means each player is betting T50k. Do these morons really equate this to betting $50,000??? That's what it seems like. If so, they might be the stupidest people ever.
