Didn't really know how I could contribute to the Katrina fund without just plain writing a check and/or getting down there and helping myself. Thought this might be a good idea if anyone is interested the league would begin for week two, all week one stats would be excluded. The league is $200 a team, $50 goes into a prize pool, $150 goes to the Katrina benefit fund where a check will be sent for our league and 2+2 in general to the Red Cross fund.

Along with the check, I'm going to be sending a few care packages to friends that are now stationed in Houston.

Just trying to do my part, I'm fortunate enough to be in a situation where I can do more then my share and poker is a large reason behind that. If you haven't helped already, aren't interested in this, please find a way to contribute somehow.
